Enrolment Officer
South Melbourne, Melbourne VIC (part-time)
We’re looking for a part-time Enrolment Officer to join our South Melbourne team.
A day in the life
Your kind nature and clear speaking voice will shine through when calling people who have sent enquiries about our courses. By establishing relationships over the phone, you'll then get the chance to interact with potential students in person - leveraging your natural confidence to host weekly information sessions (presenting to individuals and groups of 10+).
Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will ensure you keep up-to-date with details of upcoming courses (including various government funding programs), while your natural charisma and charm will help fill classrooms!
On the administration side, you'll be capable of diligently and accurately completing clerical duties like data entry and enrolment paperwork.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work as a crucial part of a small, close-knit local team while enjoying support from the Perth head office.

Must-haves
Familiar with registered training organisation (RTO) or vocational education and training (VET) environment
Knowledge of VETtrak student management software: https://www.vettrak.com.au/
Knowledge of the Smart and Skilled funding guidelines

Experience in sales (particularly solution-based selling)

Trainer Assessor, Laboratory Operations
Parramatta, Sydney NSW (full-time)

We’re looking for a full-time Trainer Assessor, Laboratory Operations to join our NSW team. Contract is flexible to suit the right candidate.
A day in the life
Leveraging your passion for teaching and industry experience, you’ll be responsible for equipping staff in the lab sector with hands-on, practical laboratory skills in planning and conducting tests, recording and analysing data, maintaining a laboratory and more!
Your enthusiastic and friendly approach will prepare students with the technical competencies they need to advance their careers. In addition to delivering on-site training to our workplace clients in Sydney, you will also work closely with training centre trainers to deliver classroom-based training.
Reporting to the Training Manager - Laboratory, you’ll have the opportunity to work with the NSW team, while enjoying the support of resource developers, quality, compliance, corporate and marketing staff in the Perth head office.
Must-haves
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110 with additional units of competency)
A relevant laboratory qualification (e.g., MSL50116 Diploma of Laboratory Technology) OR sufficient industry experience
Valid driver’s licence and own car

High level of computer literacy
Accuracy and attention to detail
Experience in the education sector

Leveraging your passion for teaching, you’ll be responsible for equipping the next generation of phlebotomists with hands-on, practical skills in pathology collection!
Your enthusiastic and friendly approach will inspire students and assist in securing work placements with our partner pathology providers. In addition to classroom work in our South Brisbane training centre, you may deliver on-site training to our workplace clients (with the possibility of travelling to interstate and regional areas from time to time).
Reporting to the Operations Manager for QLD, you’ll have the opportunity to work as a crucial part of a small, close-knit team while enjoying the support of in-house resource developers, quality, compliance, corporate and marketing staff.
Must-haves
Experience in pathology collection
